Additional Requirements:
  • 10–12 years of proven corporate sales experience in Tyre, Automotive, Industrial Products, Food & Beverage, Chemical, Polymer, or Rubber industries, with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets, managing key accounts, and driving business growth in B2B environments.

  • BBA/ MBA in Marketing from well reputed public or private university.

  • Proven ability in B2B sales, key account management, and achieving revenue targets.

  •  Well-spoken, smart, and professional with excellent English proficiency (speaking and writing) for client interactions, presentations, and correspondence.         

  • Strong technical understanding of tyres, tubes, and related products.       

  •  Advanced analytical and MIS skills, including market analysis and sales forecasting.         

  • Strong negotiation, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities; capable of representing the company professionally with corporate clients.        

  •  Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, email drafting is must.     

  • Well-spoken, smart, and intelligent with excellent interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently, travel extensively, and cover all operational areas across Bangladesh.



Responsibilities & Context:

Corporate Sales & Client Management:

  • Manage and grow corporate sales across all regions of Bangladesh, understanding client requirements, delivering tailored proposals, and closing deals.

  • Conduct corporate customer visits to assess needs, present quotations, and close orders.

  • Maintain and manage B2B client portfolios, ensuring strong relationships and high client satisfaction..

  • Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients in industrial, fleet, and automotive sectors.

  • Plan and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets across all regions in Bangladesh.

  • Ensure timely collection of sales payments and TDS, maintaining accurate MIS and sales tracking.

Market & Competitor Intelligence:

  • Analyze competitor activities, market trends, and customer behavior to guide strategic sales decisions.

  • Provide regular insights to management on market opportunities, risks, and potential revenue streams.

Product Expertise & Operational Support:

  • Provide technical guidance on tyres and tubes, including specifications, applications, and product knowledge.

  • Conduct training sessions for internal teams and dealers to improve product understanding and sales capabilities.

  • Collaborate with production, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure product availability, inventory management, and timely delivery.

Corporate Documentation & Reporting:

  • Manage corporate profiles, including company information, PCT and customer data.

  • Maintain and update MIS reports, sales documentation, quotations, and professional communications.

  • Prepare and send professional emails, reports, and presentations to clients and management.

Cross-Functional Coordination:

  • Work closely with marketing, production, and R&D teams to align sales strategies with operational capabilities.

  • Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and corporate events targeting key B2B clients.
