Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop strategies for establishing a market presence & grab market share
∎ Building & Managing relationships with builders, developers & consultants to gain and retain consistent sales lead
∎ Meeting with the sales & technical team on regular basis to coordinate the activity status and solve any problem that may arise
∎ Ensuring collection against sales by directing the sales team on a regular basis
∎ Frequently visit the project site
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 50000 (Monthly)
∎ Sales incentive based on sales performance
