Job Context:
∎ JER Group is seeking an experienced visa processing officer with a skill in business development to grow its business in this competitive market. You will work closely with the management to increase sales along with the whole visa processing development system.
∎ Good understanding of visa application process, documentation requirements and all embassy Formalities.
∎ Must have strong knowledge about visa processing in several countries especially Canada, Australia, UK., USA, Schengen, Europe etc.
∎ Experience in Visa consultancy/Visa Processing/Tourist Visa/Student Visa/Family Migration Visa.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Creating market opportunity, client hunting & meet up the monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales target.
∎ Receiving and answering short mail, message and calls quickly and efficiently.
∎ Provide basic and accurate information to the respective person via phone/email.
∎ Analysis and audit all required documents and submit visa application through proper channel for successfully getting visa.
∎ Arrange appointment schedule from embassy or VFS as per requirements.
∎ Develop and research process for efficient departmental work.
∎ If required, make documents by various computer software.
∎ Marketing strategy development and implementation.
