Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ PGD in Tax Management

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Tax (VAT/ Customs Duty/ Income Tax)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Trading or Export/Import

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ability to maintain all Books of Accounts related Sales, Receivables Etc.
∎ Ability to writing inventory record through ERP software with proper inventory management system Maintaining financial books of accounts and statements in compliance with the requirements of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external), and VAT authorities.
∎ Ensure transactions duly comprised and classified in the ledger to help the preparation of financial statements.
∎ Develop and control a centralized accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively managed.
∎ Ensure proper compliance as per VAT Act & ITO.
∎ Preparation of VAT-4.3,6.1, 6.2, 6.6, 6.10
∎ Issuance of VAT-6.3,6.6, 6.7, 6.8
∎ Calculation of VDS & TDS etc. and depositing to the Bank through treasury challan.
∎ Preparation and submission of VAT Return-9.1
∎ Ensure monthly proper TDS deduction from Suppliers.
∎ Providing TDS certificates deducted from suppliers.
∎ Preparation of monthly proper TDS, challans on various heads of Income Tax & Deposit so to the Govt. exchequer.
∎ Keep the management up-to-date with all relevant changes in VAT regulations and their potential impact on the organization.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management from time to time.
