∎ LAXFO Electronics Ltd. is looking for talented and aspiring individuals for "Senior Executive- VAT and Inventory Management ".
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Preparation & maintain regular VAT activities i,e Mushak 6.3 , Mushak- 6.1 & Mushak 6.2 registers and necessary forms when required by VAT Act & rules.
∎ Capable to prepare Mushak 4.3 and calculation knowledge of Materials Consumption according to declared co-efficient.
∎ Liaison and closely work with VAT regulators and solve the barriers related to Company VAT issues.
∎ Maintaining others books of accounts related to VAT, Musak form etc. as required by the law i.e Debit note, Credit note, VDS. Export etc.
∎ Preparation of monthly VAT return with required supporting and submission to VAT authorities on time.
∎ Capable to handle all kinds of VAT and Custom related audit.
∎ Design and implement an inventory tracking system to optimize inventory management procedures.
∎ Examine the levels of supplies and raw material to determine shortages.
∎ Reports on inventory levels, supply chain progress, procedural efficiency and personnel issues to upper management.
∎ Any other issues assigned by management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 26 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with Local & International VAT law and VAT declaration procedure.
∎ Solid knowledge of data analysis, inventory management software, and forecasting techniques.
∎ Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
∎ Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
