Education:

Postgraduate qualification or certification in Supply Chain/Procurement will be an advantage.

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 26 to 34 years
  • Must have practical experience in purchasing perishable goods (e.g., vegetables, meat, dairy, etc.),

    Electrical, Stationary, Construction Items directly from markets.

  • Frequent on-site market visits (2–3 times daily) are mandatory for procurement operations.

  • Strong knowledge of product quality, quantity verification, price comparison, and vendor sourcing.

  • Ability to evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ERP systems.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Must have practical experience in purchasing perishable goods (e.g., vegetables, meat, dairy, etc.), Electrical, Stationary, Construction Items directly from markets.

  • Frequent on-site market visits (2–3 times daily) are mandatory for procurement operations.

  • Strong knowledge of product quality, quantity verification, price comparison, and vendor sourcing.

  • Ability to evaluate suppliers based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

  • Plan, organize, and execute all procurement activities in alignment with company policies.

  • Conduct regular market analysis to identify best pricing and quality sources.

  • Negotiate contracts and maintain relationships with reliable vendors and suppliers.

  • Ensure timely delivery of quality goods and services to all departments.

  • Verify product specifications, quantities, and quality before approval.

  • Maintain accurate purchase records, supplier databases, and price comparisons.

  • Coordinate with accounts and operations for smooth invoice and payment processes.

  • Support management in budgeting, inventory control, and procurement planning.

  • Conduct daily on-site market purchases for perishable goods.

  • Ensure best quality and price through direct market negotiation and inspection.
