Job Responsibilities:
∎ Achieve sales target, forecast sales, revenue, and budget with proper planning & execution.
∎ Determines or to assist in fixing monthly unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results & to recommend or suggest proper implementation framework.
∎ To establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly sales quotas for regions and territories.
∎ Projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
∎ Meeting and exceeding targets set by the management on a periodical basis (Monthly, Quarterly and annually).
∎ To develop Own Field Sales Action Plans (OFSAP).
∎ To maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with market supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
∎ To assist in establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs and competition market.
∎ To take necessary steps or plan for achieving own sales performance in regional or respective territories.
∎ Being dedicated to self-performance appraisal through market monitoring with the aim of meeting one's sales target.
∎ To be capable of planning corporate sales and its successful implementation.
∎ Visit Developers, Communicate with Customers, Frequently visit Government Agencies (EED, PWD, HED, LGED), Visit projects & architects to maximize sales.
∎ Organizing PEP/Plumbers meet on a regular basis.
∎ Responsible for rapid growth of the brand in terms of placement and visibility at retail points.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Understanding & Mapping of Sales.
∎ Ability to read/ write English.
