Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales budgeting, monitoring and policy formulating.
∎ To take responsibility to achieve targets both in volume and value.
∎ Responsible for overall planning, promotion and sales activities of the brand.
∎ Facilitate management team to review and evaluate sales performance in business review meetings.
∎ Facilitate, control and coordinate the annual strategic sale planning process.
∎ Meeting and exceeding targets set by the management on a periodical basis (Monthly, Quarterly and annually).
∎ Excellent leadership, take enormous initiatives and build up an efficient Sales Team that will manage the corporate as well as the customers.
∎ To assist in establishing and adjusting selling prices by monitoring costs and competition market.
∎ Visit Developers, Communicate with Customers, Frequently visit Government Agencies (EED, PWD, HED, LGED), Visit projects & architects to maximize sales.
∎ Weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly report preparation and review.
∎ Organizing PEP/Plumbers meet on a regular basis.
∎ Responsible for rapid growth of the brand in terms of placement and visibility at retail points.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 32 to 42 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Understanding & Mapping of Sales.
∎ Avail to read & write English fluently.
