Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ BBA/B.Com in Marketing/Management from any Govt. Approved University will be given preference.
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Sales & Marketing

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Area/ Territory Marketing, Corporate Sales and Marketing, Sales & Marketing
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Tiles/Ceramic

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sales promotion and development of new market opportunities for increasing sales Gathering, disseminating, analysis of data of marketing data and report writing.
∎ Strategic planning for sales and fulfilling the given sales target.
∎ Building dealer and customer relationships, creating the loyalty and provide services.
∎ Managing distribution channel and logistics for delivery services.
∎ Liaison with dealers, real-estate developers, building owners/promoters, engineers/architects, contractors, fitters, and other customers.
∎ Visit Developers, Communicate with Customers, Frequently visit Government Agencies (EED, PWD, HED, LGED), Visit projects & architects to maximize sales.
∎ Execute the marketing & sales plan of the company.
∎ Conversant with functionality and technical parameters of tiles and able to guide the customers to choose right products.
∎ Ensure proper and systematic display of tiles at the outlets of the dealers and other specified locations through distribution and maintenance of Merchandising Tools.
∎ Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following above.
∎ Ready-to-do any other assignment assigned by the company management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Familiarity with productivity tools, including Microsoft Office Suite.
∎ Strong organizational skills.
∎ Positive attitude and good communication skills.
∎ Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations.
∎ Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
∎ Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
∎ Strong math and critical reasoning skills.
∎ Understanding & Mapping of Sales.
∎ Ability to read/ write English.
