Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Ability to Develop Sales Plan, Strategy and lead the Marketing/Sales teams to obtain assigned target through marketing forces.
∎ • Maintaining good relationship with architect firms and existing clients..
∎ • Candidate should visit market on daily basis.
∎ • Need to meet individual sales target on a monthly basis.
∎ • Highly knowledgeable on Ceramic ware, Tiles,Building automation sectorand Real Estate sector marketing.
∎ • Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
∎ • Conduct market survey on competitor's activities, planning, strategies and recommended management creative suggestion for business planning.
∎ • To look after customer quarries with satisfaction and relationship develop.
∎ • Prepare and submission of daily, weekly and monthly reports to the management.
∎ • Perform any other tasks as assigned by the management

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 33 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply

Salary: Negotiable
