Educational Requirements:
∎ BBA/MBA, BPHARM/MPHARM

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Visit Clients, Product Promotion.
∎ Explain features, characteristics and quality of the products to Clients.
∎ Ensure customer satisfaction in all aspects.
∎ Keep record of daily tasks and report to our office.
∎ Analysis of market share, volume and plan accordingly to increase market shares.
∎ Analysis competitor's activities and take necessary strategies accordingly in line with company policies.
∎ Acquire business & product knowledge require for respective segment.
∎ Expanding business to unexplored area.
∎ Search & find market gaps and take initiative to product availability.
∎ Prepare and present regular reports on sales and marketing to the immediate supervisor.
∎ Ensure proper documentation of all necessary papers.
∎ Prepare reports as required by the management.
∎ Perform any tasks assigned by management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 30 years
∎ At least 06 months of Experience is needed
∎ Skills Required: Sales & Marketing
∎ Strong written and verbal communication skills (Bengali & English)
∎ Ability to manage and handle multiple tasks
∎ Good time management ability
∎ Best preferred if the candidate has experience of marketing in pharmaceutical sector or Food industry.
∎ Degree in Food Technologies will get Preference.

Salary: Negotiable

Compensation & Other Benefits:
