Educational Requirements:
∎ Candidates having Graduation/ BBA/ Masters Degree (MBA will be can added advantage) from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To conduct meeting with prospects.
∎ To follow up the prospects regularly.
∎ Intensive practical knowledge in apartment sales.
∎ Respond and follow up sales inquires through understanding the prospects requirements.
∎ Willing to take challenge and work in a team.
∎ Responsible for correspondence, follow-ups and rapport building with clients.
∎ Generate leads through innovative marketing sources, market intelligence and Social media
∎ Marketing and Prepare prospective client database.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ 3 to 5 years' experience in reputed Real Estate Company or Lift Company.
∎ Should be smart, well groomed & self motivated.
∎ Customer friendly attitude & polite behavior.
∎ Good interpersonal & communication skills, excellent command and fluency in English.

Salary: Negotiable
