Job Context:
∎ IoT (Internet of things) based cattle wellbeing monitoring and insurance platform named shurjoMukhi praniSheba
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends and customers for shurjoMukhi praniSheba
∎ Capable of handling multiple levels of customers with a deal closing attitude
∎ Capable to work under pressure with a focus on targets
∎ Prepare reports as required by management
∎ Coordinate incremental development of shurjoMukhi praniSheba to keep pace with the changing demand of existing and new customers
∎ Prepare and submit commercial offers and agreements to customers
∎ Maintain professional working relationships with internal and external customers
∎ Creating an agents network for shurjoMukhi praniSheba and providing proper training to them
∎ Coordinate business development activities of shurjoMukhi praniSheba
∎ Maintain useful relationships with the government and non-governmental stakeholders including but not limited to the Department of Livestock Services
∎ Maintain useful relationships with commercial dairy and fattening farms and cooperatives.
∎ Organize participation in various livestock related events and exhibitions either as exhibitor, sponsor or participant
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have a passion for life-long learning
∎ High integrity and professionalism
∎ Must have excellent analytical ability
∎ Must have knowledge about Google tools
∎ Must have good communication skills in Bengali and English
∎ Must have multitasking ability
