Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Senior Executive – Sales to join our team. The incumbent will be responsible for managing sales activities, building strong customer relationships, ensuring smooth order execution, and coordinating with internal departments to achieve business targets. Candidates with prior experience in the garment accessories business will be given preference.
Job Responsibilities:
Visit customers on a regular basis and maintain professional relationships.
Collect sales orders from customers and ensure proper documentation.
Follow up on orders with the factory to ensure timely production and delivery as per customer requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments (Merchandising, Commercial, Production, and Delivery) to track order progress.
Ensure timely updates to customers regarding order status, shipment, and delivery schedules.
Monitor and follow up with customers on LC (Letter of Credit), UD (Utilization Declaration), Acceptance, and Payment issues.
Identify new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.
Support the team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
Provide feedback on customer requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.
Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and presentations using Excel & PowerPoint.
Provide insights to management for decision-making.
