∎ Age at most 40 years
∎ Minimum 3 to 4 years of sales experience with at least 1 year of experience in back-office of Sales Team in Head Office.
∎ Strong communication and analytical skills to prepare and present sales reports.
∎ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Assist the Sr. Manager, Distribution Sales in designing effective distribution setups by identifying market gaps.
∎ Assist and coordinate with the field team in establishing Sales Office bases and/or Distribution points to ensure proper setup and coverage.
∎ Conduct route and market wise analysis and track growth to ensure targeted growth.
∎ Update the field team and assist in restructuring service modalities based on route potential.
∎ Visit field, gather feedback from distributors & retailers and address the issues to enhance operational efficiency.
∎ Collect feedback from the Sales Team regarding the operation of the Sales app and coordinate with the ICT Department to resolve issues.
∎ Maintain and update nationwide database of outlets, routes, distributors, SRs, TSOs and SOs in line with the Management guidelines.
∎ Review distributor and sales team performance regularly against KPIs and ensure that KPIs are aligned with company targets.
∎ Assist to organize sales meetings and conferences, address operational issues and share training requirements with the Sales Training Manager.
∎ Any other task assigned by the supervisor
