∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology
Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Skill in buyers report generation, review and finalization (specially in USA region)
∎ Good knowledge of different standards and regulations (Children’s safety, CPSIA, Labelling, etc.)
∎ Ensure to follow the procedure of final report completion.
∎ Facilitate team members to deliver any critical test report.
∎ Analyze the root cause of customer complaints & take corrective actions. Supervise & conduct training for team members regarding buyer updates.
∎ Assist reporting Manager to implement new/updates of buyer program.
∎ Support individuals to maintain working procedures.
∎ Propose to take improvement initiatives in existing systems.
∎ Maintain all areas of Quality, health & safety relevant issues and PPE as per requirements.
