∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Skill in buyers report generation, review and finalization (Specially in USA region).
∎ Good knowledge of different standards, and regulations (Children’s safety, CPSIA, Labelling, etc.) .
∎ Ensure to follow the procedure of final report completion.
∎ Facilitate team members to deliver any critical test report.
∎ Analyze the root cause of customer complaints & take corrective actions.
∎ Supervise & conduct training for team members regarding buyer updates.
∎ Assist reporting Manager to implement new/updates of buyer program.
∎ Support individuals to maintain working procedures.
∎ Propose to take improvement initiatives in existing systems.
∎ Maintain all areas of Quality, health & safety relevant issues and PPE as per requirements.
∎ Ensure to follow the day to day improvements as Instructed from Team leader/Section heads.
