Job Responsibilities:
∎ Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
∎ Reviewing customer requirements and ensuring that these are met.
∎ Develop Quality Policy as per Buyers & management and implement Accordingly.
∎ Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
∎ Making sure that manufacturing or production processes meet required quality standards.
∎ Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff.
∎ Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures.
∎ Monitoring performance by gathering relevant data and producing statistical reports.
∎ Ensure that processes needed for the Quality Management System (QMS) are established, implemented, and maintained.
∎ Ensure that the performance of the QMS is reviewed at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy, and effectiveness. This review means assessing opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the QMS.
∎ Ensure that Quality Objectives are set by top management for measuring the performance of the QMS and that these are regularly reviewed.
∎ Ensure that top management undertakes periodic but regular assessments of customer satisfaction and those consequent improvements are identified and implemented.
∎ Preparing clear explanatory documents such as customer charters.
∎ Any other assignment was given by the management time to time.
∎ Devising and establishing a company's quality procedures, standards, and specifications.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good in English
∎ Proficient in utilizing computer applications, including MS Excel and MS Word.
