Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversee and manage daily operations of Travel & Manpower services efficiently
- Coordinate with clients regarding visa processing, travel documentation, and manpower recruitment
- Maintain professional communication with clients, airlines, embassies, suppliers, and overseas partners
- Prepare, organize, and maintain client files, visa documents, and manpower records accurately
- Support management in planning, execution, and follow-up of office and operational tasks
- Ensure compliance with legal and procedural requirements for travel and manpower services
- Monitor application status and provide regular updates to clients
- Assist in improving operational efficiency and implementing best office practices
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
- Perform any other duties assigned by management related to office, travel, and manpower operations
