∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Analytical ability, Good communication in english, Good communication skills, Report management ( ERP software will be preferable)

Job Context:
∎ This is a semi-office / semi-field position for those who love interaction with people in factories.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ To do update and monitor the production Management Dashboard ( TNA) daily basis and report to Planning managers.
∎ Excellent on report making in Excel, File up, and Weekly planning monitoring.
∎ Maintain core level follow-up with internal and factory merchants for TNA failure issues.
∎ Flag raising daily basis external & internal TNA failure issues.
∎ Should be sound in production knowledge to understand lead time management of the process of a garment.
∎ Manage the production capacity of the factories from booking, and production planning up to shipment.
∎ Analyze daily production figures and order status as compared to the Time & Action Plan, to confirm deliveries will be on track.
∎ Analyze the factory's production process flow, and its challenges, and propose possible solutions.
∎ Discuss and challenge the factory's production plan, from knitting, dyeing, fabric finishing, all-over prints, Placement Screen Printing, Embroidery, Cutting, Sewing, and Finishing.
∎ Ensure no unauthorized sub-contracting.
∎ Meet delivery on time and in full.
∎ Any other task assigned by Top Management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the Production & Planning department ( Preferable doing a job in the Central Planning department)
∎ Should be proactive and excellent communication in English.
