∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Textile Technology

Requirements:

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Expert in functional tests like UV protection, Drying rate, Water repellency, Air permeability, Wicking, etc, Children safety (CPSIA, EU Regulation), Sharp point and sharp edge, Small parts, Pull test, etc, Pilling, Tear, Tensile, Seam slippage, Stretch & recovery, Bursting test etc.
∎ Ensure to follow internal worksheet as per SOP/Buyer manual.
∎ Execute tests & explain proper testing procedure before issuing result.-
∎ Facilitate to team/to perform test & assessment as per the
∎ Assist & review the raw data for verification of the test results.
∎ Make decision for critical samples to conduct tests as per buyer procedure.
∎ Conduct cross functional tests/correlation as required.
∎ Assist/do Scheduling of employees.
∎ Monitor productivity & support individuals to analyze the unusual/critical samples.
∎ Facilitate to prepare the reports of performance & productivity factors.
∎ Ensure to follow the day to day improvements as Instructed from Team leader/Section heads.
