Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the Testing Industry, especially DS & Wet Lab.
∎ Strong understanding of textile testing methods and standards.
∎ Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
∎ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
∎ Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Conduct precise sample assessment with superior color discrimination (Munsell Hue Rating).
∎ Assess samples for all types of buyers, ensuring accuracy and reliability.Perform wet lab procedures including sample washing and drying with practical expertise.
∎ Efficiently handle key buyers such as H&M, Decathlon, and C&A with professionalism and expertise.
∎ Manage buyer audits, including but not limited to:
∎ a) Decathlon Buyer AuditH&M Buyer Audit
∎ b) BAB AuditInternal Audits
∎ c) HSE Audits
∎ Address and resolve customer complaints involving:
∎ a) Report result challenges
∎ b) Clarification of test procedures conditions and parameters
∎ c) Equipment calibration and verification
∎ d) Overall assessment procedures
∎ Ensure to follow the internal worksheet as per the SOP/Buyer manual.
∎ Execute tests & explain the proper testing procedure before issuing results.
∎ Facilitate to team/to perform test & assessment as per theAssist & review the raw data for verification of the test results.
∎ Make decisions for critical samples to conduct tests as per buyer procedure.
∎ Conduct cross-functional tests/correlation as required.
∎ Assist/do Scheduling of employees.Monitor productivity & support individuals to analyze the unusual/critical samples.
∎ Facilitate the reports of performance & productivity factors.
