Experience:

• 2 to 3 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Wholesale

• Bachelor/Honors
• Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing

• Bachelors / Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

• 2 to 3 years

• Age At most 35 years

• 2–3 years of proven working experience in Modern Trade Sales (FMCG preferred).

• Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented personality.

• Experience Requirements:

• Must have good knowledge about processing order, GRN Top Sheet and promotional activities.

• Ability to work under pressure.

• To be honest and punctual.

• Contributes to the Organization-wide objectives.

• Very good internet-based correspondence and information management skill.

• Drive sales in Modern Trade channel and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly sales targets.

• Develop and execute sales & merchandising plans for key accounts in line with company’s sales and distribution strategy.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Modern Trade partners (superstores, hypermarkets, key retail chains).

• Negotiate trade terms, promotional activities, and ensure product visibility at outlets.

• Explore new business opportunities and product placements within Modern Trade.

• Assist in developing trade marketing strategies and ensure effective in-store execution.

• Ensure timely follow-up on customer credit, collections, and payment settlements.

• Perform any other duties assigned by management.
