∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Management Information System
∎ University of Dhaka,Jahangirnagar University,East West University,BRAC University,Bangladesh University of Professionals students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: data entry segregation, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, sales and Distribution, Tally Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 4 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Provide instructions of gate pass to dealer's vehicle for refill;
∎ Ensure to preparation and issue of delivery challan and vat challan as per instructions of filling hall supervisor's token;
∎ Release the vehicle to give final permission from department;
∎ Preparation of vehicle's serial list as per order list;
∎ Paying/issuing money receipts and receipt of cheques/cash
∎ Receiving last days checklist and posting in software;
∎ Ensure uninterrupted supply by maintaining constant contact with distributors and sales & marketing department;
∎ Making arrangements for depositing cash and checks in the bank for daily transactions;
∎ Provide daily and monthly report to the management;
∎ Prepare dealer commission, incentives, special programme commission etc. by maintain compliance of company's existing rules & regulations.
∎ Prepare monthly basis sales officer's TA/DA bill and keep on record.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Sound knowledge in Advanced Excel Skills.
∎ Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
∎ Should have strong analytical & problem-solving skills.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 30000 (Monthly)
