∎ SHE-ANCH ENGINEERING LTD. is a reputed real estate company in Bangladesh. We are looking for some target-oriented energetic people to lead our Sales & Marketing Team. This job post is sales & target oriented and the job location is Mohammadpur, Dhaka but have to manage clients all over Bangladesh.
∎ We will give special priority to those who have experience in developers & real estate company marketing and sales experience.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Good communication & negotiation skills and ability to work under pressure.
∎ To manage existing and potential customers through personal sales visits and a strong relationship with them.
∎ Should have practical execution skills.
∎ Self-motivated and result oriented.
∎ Minimum 0-3 years experience in Real-Estate.
∎ Must be target oriented, and able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers through personal sales visits, using face-to-face contact to provide a unique service.
∎ Leads the Sales Territory executives, sales planning, and monitoring Trade/ Corporate sales.
∎ Coordinates with the Division's head to obtain the necessary support.
∎ Analyzing and giving feedback on competitive tactics.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.
