Job Context:
∎ SHE-ANCH ENGINEERING LTD. is a reputed real estate company in Bangladesh. We are looking for target oriented energetic someone to lead our Sales & Marketing Team. This job post is sales & target oriented and job location is Mohammadpur, Dhaka but have to manage clients allover in Bangladesh.
∎ We will give special priority to those who has experienced in developers & real estate company marketing and sales experience.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Good communication & negotiation skill and ability to work under pressure.
∎ To manage existing and potential customers through personal sales visits and a strong relationship with them.
∎ Should have effective execution skills.
∎ Self-motivated and result oriented.
∎ Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Real-Estate.
∎ Must be target oriented, able to fulfill responsibilities.
∎ Regular follow-up with existing/ potential clients.
∎ Build a strong relationship with the customer.
∎ Manage existing & new potential customers by personal sales visits, using face to face contact to provide a personal service.
∎ Leads the Sales Territory executives, sales planning and monitoring Trade/ Corporate sales.
∎ Co- ordinates with the Division's head to obtain the necessary support.
∎ Analyzing and giving feedback on competitive tactics.
∎ Any other task assigned by the Management from time to time.
