Hasan Homes & Developers Ltd is looking for 10 skilled and experienced Senior Marketing Executives (Telemarketing & Sales) with a minimum of 5 years of experience in Real Estate for its ongoing land development projects, “Dhaka Golden City” and “Dhaka Sun City.” Project Location: Dokkhin Keraniganj, beside the “ Dhaka Mawa Highway & Abdullahpur Bazar.”

The selected candidates will be responsible for generating leads through telemarketing, building strong client relationships, arranging project visits, and converting prospects into sales. This role requires strong communication skills, sales ability, and a target-driven mindset.

Job Responsibilities

• Communicate with potential clients over phone calls and explain the company’s land/plot projects and services.

• Generate new leads and build a strong client base through telemarketing and follow-up.

• Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure long-term relationships.

• Arrange and coordinate project visits for interested clients.

• Handle customer queries and complaints, and provide appropriate solutions professionally.

• Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.

• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the management.

• Collect customer information, maintain and update databases accurately.

• Prepare and submit regular sales and activity reports to management.
