Responsibilities & Context:
Manage non-footwear sourcing, development, and complete operation follow-up to ensure timely execution of requirements.
Oversee all documentation for WMS, gate pass issuance, barcode generation, and challan tracking in line with company processes.
Handle bill management including receiving, verifying, and tracking for accurate and timely payment processing.
Supervise trial production runs and support the implementation of key developments as per company standards.
Monitor and coordinate batch or lot-wise lab test follow-up to ensure product quality compliance.
Coordinate claim settlements in collaboration with CDC and the accounts department to resolve issues efficiently.
Drive continuous improvement of suppliers to strengthen capabilities and reduce the percentage of shop returns and customer claims.
