Job Responsibilities:
∎ Work closely with customers on technical requirements to provide technical solutions
∎ Identify requirements, including technical details that sufficient for product definition of Link3 existing and value added Services
∎ Comprehensive knowledge in MS office package, G Suite and other Hardware devices
∎ Provide product updates and technical advice to clients
∎ Explain technical capabilities and business benefits of solutions to the customer from technical perspective
