∎ 3-5 years ears of working experience in PMD in reputed pharmaceuticals company
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop timely and effective promotional materials for assigned products.
∎ Plan and implement appropriate promotional strategies to achieve product objectives.
∎ Monitor sales trends and proactively drive sales growth.
∎ Generate innovative marketing ideas and tactics to maximize customer reach.
∎ Design engaging campaigns prescriptions for assigned brands. to increase
∎ Identify potential new molecules and conduct market analyses for product launches.
∎ Coordinate with R&D, Commercial, and Regulatory Affairs teams to develop and launch new products.
∎ Allocate and monitor promotional items to ensure optimal utilization.
∎ Plan and execute activities for medically significant days.
∎ Actively contribute to the training and development of the sales team.
∎ Coordinate and support monthly regional sales meetings.
∎ Organize scientific seminars and discussions in medical institutions for assigned products.
∎ Perform any other tasks assigned by management.
