∎ 2+ years of experience in financial management, accounting, or related roles, preferably in a corporate or multinational environment
∎ Expertise in financial reporting standards (e.g., IFRS, GAAP)
∎ Advanced proficiency in MS Excel. (Proficiency in financial tools like SAP, Oracle will be an added advantage)
∎ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
∎ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement
∎ Ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Prepare, review, and present financial statements in accordance with regulatory and company standards
∎ Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
∎ Lead the budgeting process, including preparation, monitoring, and variance analysis
∎ Develop financial forecasts to anticipate future revenue and expenses
∎ Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements, including tax laws and financial reporting standards
∎ Oversee the preparation and timely filing of tax returns and related documentation
∎ Monitor and manage cash flows to ensure adequate liquidity for operational and strategic needs
∎ Optimize working capital and recommend investment strategies for surplus funds
