Additional Requirements:
∎ Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in vendor management, e-commerce operations, customer experience or a similar role.
∎ Strong communication and follow-up skills with the ability to handle multiple vendors effectively.
∎ Solid understanding of e-commerce order management and fulfillment processes.
∎ Ability to analyze performance data and generate actionable insights.
∎ Problem-solving mindset and a strong sense of ownership.
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Consistently monitor assigned sellers for performance, SLA adherence, and operational compliance.
∎ Conduct regular follow-up calls with vendors to address operational issues and reinforce expectations.
∎ Provide comprehensive operational guidance to sellers regarding product listings, packaging standards, order processing, and dispatch timelines.
∎ Support sellers in resolving real-time fulfillment issues and workflow bottlenecks to ensure smooth operations.
∎ Track and evaluate seller performance regularly to ensure SLA compliance.
∎ Ensure strict adherence to order processing timelines, packaging quality, and dispatch accuracy.
∎ Act as the first point of contact for operational queries from sellers and the operations team.
∎ Collaborate with the KAM/Acquisition team to promptly resolve cross-functional vendor issues.
∎ Maintain proactive communication with sellers regarding their order statuses and operational requirements.
∎ Prioritize follow-ups on “Pending” and “Ready to Ship” orders to prevent processing delays.
∎ Prepare and submit regular performance reports highlighting operational gaps and areas for improvement.
