∎ CMA Part Completed/ CA -CC, MBA/M.Com in Accounting/Finance
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform, review and manage the entire accounts payable (AP) process.
∎ Prepare AP reports as per the requirement of management.
∎ Ensure deduction of Advance/Prepayment against the bill (s).
∎ Ensure deductions of VDS & TDS as per Govt. Rules & regulation of the state.
∎ Ensure the deduction of Security Money, Penalty etc as per TC of PO.
∎ Prepare monthly statement of Accounts Payable, Budget and Financial Statement etc.
∎ Prepare the annual budget as per instruction of management.
∎ Manage the concerned persons related to bill (s) and other reasonable purposes.
∎ Prepare fund management for payment to vendors.
∎ Manage month-end reconciliations and deal with supplier queries as Supply Chain
∎ Department.
∎ Assist in month-end closing and accruals.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 27 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Ability to perform multitask and handle intense pressure.
∎ Ability to think logically & systematically.
∎ Computer Literacy in MS Office and Accounting Software knowledge are essential.
∎ Must be capable to process the bill (s) through manual & system as per Terms & Condition (TC) of the Purchase Order (PO).
