Educational Requirements:
∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Master of Business Administration in Accounts/Finance or Master of Commerce
∎ Partly qualified from ICAB/ICMAB/ACCA is preferred
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: Partly qualified from ICABICMABACCA is preferred
∎ Skills Required: Computer skill, Expert in Quickbooks, SAP

Accounts and Finance
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Receive and review bills, invoices and expense voucher from external vendor and employee of the company against supporting documents.
∎ Make entry to software on regular basis after verifying, classifying expense, and recording to right accounts payable GL or expense GL.
∎ Obtaining appropriate approvals for non-PO invoices
∎ Ensure each payment has the relevant supporting documents regarding VAT, Tax and TDS/VDS are deducted accurately and processed in timely manner
∎ Prepare cheque and take payment approval based on authorization hierarchy with proper explanation and analysis.
∎ Disburse cheque or payment to vendor and employee based on payment plan of treasury function.
∎ Reconcile the accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted
∎ Verify and investigate discrepancies, if any, by reconciling vendor accounts and monthly vendor statements
∎ As a contact person handling supplier queries relating to payment and others
∎ Regular coordination is required with procurement team, commercial department and factory.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience in Accounts Payable section
∎ Knowledge of applicable for VDS and TDS is required
∎ Strong computer skills, experience with MS office required; expertise in Quickbooks, SAP, Oracle is preferred
∎ Excellent written communication skill is required in English
