∎ Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Accounting
∎ Master of Business Administration in Accounts/Finance or Master of Commerce with partly qualified from ICAB/ICMAB/ACCA

∎ Preferred Professional Certification: partly qualified from ICABICMABACCA
∎ Skills Required: Expert in Quickbooks, Oracle, SAP

∎ 4 to 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Accounts and Finance, Accounts Receivables
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and ensure records of incoming payments to software
∎ Collaborates with the sales admin to reconcile accounts receivable and collection on regular basis.
∎ Maintain adjustment entry against customer and preserve supporting documentation.
∎ Responding to customer and sales personnel queries.
∎ Follow up on outstanding payments to customer and sales personnel.
∎ Responsible for tracking, maintaining, and overseeing the daily movement of money in and out of different bank accounts.
∎ Reconciling of bank statements against the GL and clearing accounts assigned.
∎ Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statement.
∎ Responsible for interest and debt analysis and record keeping.
∎ Maintain short, medium and long term financing facilities to software.
∎ Working with department head for preparation of cashflow forecast.
∎ Ensure proper treasury management including communication with bank.
∎ Maintain and update fixed asset register.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven working experience in accounts receivable and treasury section;
∎ Strong computer skills, experience with MS office is required;
∎ Expertise in Quickbooks, SAP, Oracle is preferred;
∎ Excellent written communication skill is required in English.
