Call Center Agent, Customer Development, Customer query management, Customer relationship, Product sourcing, Sales & Marketing
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Sourcing for different machinery for customer also for company.
∎ Prepare offer for customer.
∎ Create new customer, proper nursing them, regular following them up and increasing business connectivity to achieve the sales target.
∎ Customer hooking up over phone for visiting our company.
∎ Meeting customer regularly and ensuring the achievement of a high standard of customer's satisfaction.
∎ Responsible for quotes to the buyers, presentation of products/ machine quotation, Query handling, order confirmation, sales contract with buyers and customer after sales service.
∎ Devising unique strategies and techniques to achieve the sales target.
∎ Maintaining customer contact list..
Additional Requirements:
∎ Only females are allowed to apply
∎ Fluency in English both written and verbal.
∎ Experience in Sales & Marketing is preferable
Salary:
∎ Negotiable
