Position Overview:
Champion Family, the sole agent for SINSIM industrial embroidery machines, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Executive to oversee international trade operations, specifically machinery and accessory imports from China.
Key Responsibilities:
Fluent Communication: Possess exceptional proficiency in English (written/spoken) to liaise with overseas suppliers and stakeholders.
Trade Compliance & Documentation: Ensure strict adherence to local and international trade regulations; oversee accuracy of import/export documentation.
LC Management: Oversee Letter of Credit (LC) processes and coordinate with Clearing & Forwarding (C&F) agents.
Sourcing & Supplier Management: Track machinery imports from China, ensuring cost-effective delivery and managing full trading paths.
Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with finance, logistics, and production for seamless order processing.
ERP & System Management: Utilize ERP systems for reporting, analysis, and maintaining accurate trade records.
Market Analysis: Analyze global trade trends to identify expansion opportunities.
Negotiation: Negotiate favorable terms and pricing with overseas suppliers to support business growth. Quotation of machine arrange and PI analysis.
Office Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (Saturday to Thursday)
Weekly Off: Friday
Probation Period: 3 to 6 months.
Festival Bonus: 2 Eid Bonuses (50% of basic salary each).
Leave: 6 days Sick Leave, 12 days Casual Leave per year.
