Education:

  • Master of Business Administration (MBA).
  • Master's degree in any discipline with extensive professional experience in Sales & Marketing of Garments Accessories.
  • A BBA/MBA with a major in Marketing is highly preferred, especially for candidates who also possess relevant experience in the Sales & Marketing of Garments Accessories.

Experience for Senior Executive: 5-7 years and Executive: 3-5 years.

Must possess good leadership and communication skills to manage the job independently.

Requires a strong understanding of sales strategies, excellent verbal and written communication, and strong negotiation abilities.



Responsibilities & Context:

Accessories View Ltd (AVL) is a highly reputed, 100% export-oriented garments accessories manufacturer and supplier in Bangladesh, based in Textile Gate, Bayezid, Chattogram.

We are seeking creative, motivated, energetic, self-driven, and passionate marketing personnel to join the AVL team. The selected candidate will be primarily responsible for driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and executing market expansion activities within the RMG accessories sector.

The successful candidate will focus on promoting and selling a comprehensive portfolio of products, including: Sewing Thread, Elastic, Twill Tape, Drawstring, Gum Tape etc. to Ready-Made Garment (RMG) factories and buying houses.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Target Achievement:
    • Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and yearly sales targets.
    • Effectively promote and sell the full range of garment trims and accessories products.
  • Client Relationship Management (CRM):
    • Build, cultivate, and maintain strong, long-term business relationships with key stakeholders, including RMG factories, buying houses, and exporters.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Business Development & Market Expansion:
    • Identify, approach, and onboard new potential clients to strategically expand the business market share in alignment with company goals.
    • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
  • Strategy & Cross-Functional Coordination:
    • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies and plans.
    • Ensure smooth coordination with the Production, Planning, and Supply Chain teams to guarantee timely order processing and product delivery.
  • Reporting & Documentation:
    • Prepare and submit detailed daily, weekly, and monthly sales activity and progress reports to the management.
  • General Duties:
    • Perform any other relevant duties assigned by the management as per business necessity.
