∎ Concept Group is one of the prominent in healthcare sector of Feni. We are looking for some young, dynamic, energetic, presentable, skilled, professional & well-experienced personnel for the Sr. Officer/ Officer of Marketing and Sales position. We are inviting applications for eligible candidate for the following position:
∎ Job Location: Feni, Chittagong.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Find prospects for new customers within a given geographical Area.
∎ Responsible for achieving unit sales target on assigned target and Marketing Department through creative and efficient promotions.
∎ Acknowledge the customer about products.
∎ Implement proper sales and marketing promotion program in assigned Marketing Department.
∎ Develop and maintain good relationship with team and customer in order to gain significant sales growth.
∎ Knowing competitor sales policies and procedures to update company sales policy to meet the challenges of the competitors.
∎ Keep up to date with the competitors' strategy and apply advanced strategy to overcome the challenge.
∎ Maintain liaison with various health services provides who operate within the assigned geographical area for business gain.
∎ Take initiative to participate in different health camp, conference which will be held in the assigned Marketing department. Any related additional job responsibilities given by top management.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must Having Knowledge about Motor Cycle Drive & also have driving license.
∎ Minimum 3-5 year(s) work experience in Business Development, Sales & Marketing in Hospital industry.
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
∎ Advertising & Promotion, Brand Planning/ Development, Business Development, Corporate Marketing.
∎ Basic knowledge of product and field level work.
∎ Excellent relationship with customer and have superior communication skills.
∎ Be passionate and have the drive and determination to meet / exceed set goals.
∎ Proficient in common Microsoft software such World and Excel.
∎ Possess customer-handling techniques.
∎ Comfortable in dealing with all levels of people.
∎ Actively participate as a team player to ensure unit cohesion.
∎ Maintain office ethics, etiquette, and code of conduct.
∎ Able to use appropriate choice of words and actions when dealing with both internal and external clients.
