Responsibilities & Context:
Client Acquisition & Sales: Identify potential clients and connect with them through calls, social media, and networking. Meet clients, present properties, arrange site visits, negotiate prices, and achieve sales targets by closing deals while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Property Promotion & Marketing: Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to attract potential buyers. Promote projects through social media, online platforms, and offline promotional activities.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients. Support clients throughout the property buying process and provide after-sales assistance when needed.
Market Analysis & Reporting: Stay updated on real estate market trends and competitor activities. Prepare sales reports and provide insights to improve sales performance and business growth.
Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth property transactions. Participate in company events, property fairs, and marketing activities to achieve team sales targets.
