Cosmetics/Toiletries/Personal Care, Food (Packaged)/Beverage, Healthcare/Lifestyle product, Manufacturing (FMCG)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Implement ATL & BTL activities such as promotional activities, print advertisements, events, point of sales marketing etc. as per strategic objective
∎ Direct and monitor product launch thematic advertising, advertorial, editorial approval and joint promotion with media partners and third parties;
∎ Co-work with respective trade channels and partners for promotional mechanism, special offers, instore display and POS materials;
∎ Execute new product launches as per marketing strategies;
∎ Coordinate digital and social media campaign implementations through working with various digital agencies;
∎ Responsible for delivering innovative content across all social media platforms as per plan;
∎ Responsible for content creation including design and copy writing for digital ads and related marketing collaterals as per marketing strategies;
∎ Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns;
∎ Coordinate e-commerce business by executing online campaigns and promotions
∎ Monitor competitor's activities through print, TVC advertisements and data analysis, as well as current market performance and trends;
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 26 to 30 years
∎ Candidate should have experience at least 1 years in same position;
∎ Proficient in computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
∎ Analytical minded, effective communication and interpersonal skill;
∎ Proactive, result-driven and presentable;
∎ Process strong communication skills in both English and bangla;
∎ Project management skills with the ability to supervise multiple projects
∎ Ability to work in team
∎ Hardworking with initiative and able to work under pressure to meet deadlines
