Job Context:
∎ We are currently hiring for the position of Senior Executive / Executive - Fabric Store at our HQ, in the heart of Dhaka. Join our family and build an inspired career you`re proud of.
∎ The Senior Executive / Executive - Fabric Store is accountable for managing, maintaining, and reporting inventory of the overall fabric storage of the ZXY HQ. The incumbent will be handling the fabric store including many other day-to-day activities related to the fabric store.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain and manage the fabric inventory, including many other day-to-day activities related to the fabric and trim store
∎ Monitor store activities to ensure that fabrics are stored correctly and safely, and store space is used efficiently
∎ Maintain close liaison and share the updated inventory details with all the Business Units (BUs) and Management to cater to the fabric requirements successfully
∎ Issue the fabrics to the Sampling team and different BUs upon requisition and buyer's requirement
∎ Raise requisition to procure new fabrics
∎ Maintain consumption inventory for all fabrics
∎ Prepare and manage the fabric store/library in a professional way and always up to date with all sorts of fabrics that are mandatory to prepare various samples
∎ Ensure daily/weekly stock report
∎ Ensure inventory control and maintain minimum stock level.
∎ Check and supervise the daily receiving, issuing documents of order booking and requirements of store
∎ Ensure proper store compliance regarding goods inbound & out bound, safety, and security within the store

Additional Requirements:
∎ 3 - 5 years' experience as a Fabric Store In-Charge preferably in a Fabric Mill or Factory
∎ Should have prior exposure and good understanding of Knit, Woven and Sweater yarn
∎ Strong interpersonal skills, ability to interact and build relationships, work as a team
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection
∎ Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)
∎ Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines
