Job Responsibilities:
∎ Manage implementation of assigned brands' AMP in line with business's marketing strategy
∎ Develop & own brands' short-term brand plans (18-month horizon) including budget
∎ Evaluate marketing activities; monitor & understand key marketing KPIs & implications
∎ Generate, analyze & interpret market, consumer/shopper & competitor/customer data
∎ Provide articulate briefs to relevant internal or external stakeholders to drive creative process
∎ Manage day-to-day agency relationships feeding into their review and selection
∎ Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams across Group to ensure effective delivery of projects
∎ Act as a champion for the designated brand(s)
∎ Give input into category's 3 years marketing strategy development

∎ Age at most 30 years
