Responsibilities & Context:
Akij Bathware Limited., (ABWL) seeks to appoint an experienced Senior Executive who will drive sales of Rosa brand Bath ware products through corporate clients, institutions, and government projects. Build strong B2B relationships, manage project pipelines, and ensure product visibility in high-value projects across Bangladesh.
Key responsibilities:
Manage corporate sales of Akij Bathware products (ROSA) across Bangladesh
Identify institutional buyers, EPC contractors, Public procurement channels
Build relationships with key decision-makers in corporate sector, NGOs, & public sector entities
Track construction projects—hotels, hospitals, schools, offices, & Govt infrastructures
Work with consultants, architects, and engineers for product specification
Conduct Rosa Brand product presentations for project stakeholders
Respond to tenders and government procurement requirements
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and supply schedules in line with policy
Collaborate with logistics and clients to ensure timely delivery
Represent Akij Bathware at events and trade shows to boost sales
Oversee full sales cycle, ensuring timely orders, delivery, and customer support
Report on sales performance, pipeline status, and client feedback
