Job Responsibilities:
∎ Perform all documentation, correspondences, banking system, C & F, and LC-related work on time
∎ Communicate with the bank & have good knowledge of handling banking activities
∎ Lead the process to import garments raw materials under Back-to-Back L/Cs, Commercial L/Cs for Yarn, fabric, accessories, machinery, samples, etc., and in-house of them on time
∎ Preferably experience in Cash Incentive
∎ Follow up Shipment/Shipping Approval from Forwarder/Buyer
∎ Coordinate with CNF & Forwarder for Shipping Order
∎ Submission of BL draft to the forwarder through mail & online & confirmation the BL status with the forwarder and collection of the original BL
∎ Should be able to send/submit necessary documents to the buyer/buying house for issuance of IC, collection of IC & other related documents as well
∎ Any other job assigned by the company
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years
∎ Should be able to understand LC terms and conditions.
∎ Should be able to work with the Private & Government Authorities as required.
