Job Context:
∎ Airposted is looking for a full-time Brand & Marketing Senior Executive, who will help in our all branding and marketing activities, include developing plans to establish our brand, allocating resources to different projects and setting short- term and long-term strategies.
∎ Ultimately you`ll help to run our marketing department in ways that promote higher profitability and competitiveness.
∎ Must be loyal to the company and willingness to take any challenge
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Create marketing strategies for full marketing teams, including Branding, Digital, Advertising, Communication & Creative team and effectively implement the strategies.
∎ Quarterly and annually planning of company objectives.
∎ Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly and annual budgets for the marketing department.
∎ Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends.
∎ Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to boost brand awareness.
∎ Ensure that the product effectively satisfies the quality level orders by the customer.
∎ Ensure the effectual adopting of new programs and policies. Set, monitor and report on them.
∎ Monitor competition (acquisition, pricing changes and new products and features)
∎ Analyze the success of marketing campaigns and create reports accordingly.
∎ Provide creative ideas for content and email marketing
∎ Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date
∎ Must have sound knowledge on SEO, SMM, PPC Campaign setting, ADWORDS, FACEBOOK AD, RE-MARKETING SPECIALIST.
∎ Planning and executing all SEO/ SMM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.
∎ Implementing and managing the social media marketing strategy and focusing on platforms that are relevant to our client's business objectives (e.g. LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Google+, YouTube, Vimeo, SlideShare etc.)
∎ Measure performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Web Trends etc.)
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 23 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Good proficiency in written and spoken in English
Salary:
∎ Tk. 35000 - 60000 (Monthly)
∎ Based on experience
