Job Context:
We are looking for a dynamic and energetic marketing and sales Assistant Manager who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate industry. This candidate should have at least 2 years+ of proven experience in marketing Properties.
Preference: Job Location: Framgate, Monipuripara. Dhaka
Job Responsibilities:
Highly knowledgeable on Land/ Real Estate business and present market scenario.
Achieve company's goals by direct sales for ensuring proper collection and target recovery is achieved.
Ability to take challenge to achieve the sales target.
Should have positive mindset to achieve target monthly & quarterly strategic marketing plan.
Follow up clients through phone calls and personal visits on a regular basis. Arrange meeting and project visit for the clients.
Prepare daily and monthly sales report.
Be able to manage and inspire/motivate the team members so as to achieve team sales targets.
Corporate sales planning and implementation.
Any other task assigned by Management.
