ISP, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Contact customers to remind customers of payment schedule.
∎ Ensure that collection actions taken are within corporate guidelines, and collection policies.
∎ Preparing, and issuing information related to customer accounts, including invoices, bills, inventory records, account reports, and any other relevant financial statements, using computerized or manual systems.
∎ Responsible for all facets of billing and data collection purposes.
∎ Review and analyze legislation and regulations impacting the administration of customer accounts, including collection activities and termination of service for non- payment, compliance, and provide recommendations for implementation.
∎ Identify billing issues and effectively communicate and resolve these issues with the Supervisor.
∎ Make physical visit of those critical customers anywhere in Bangladesh.
∎ Communicate with clients regarding outstanding information.
∎ Provide motivation to the critical customer for overdue collection.
∎ Prepare and submit a monthly report on client recovery status to HOD.
∎ Submit weekly and monthly collection status to reporting HOD.
∎ Negotiate payoff deadlines and payment plans.
∎ Monitor IPTSP Billing & Collection and monitor Mac & Home Collection & Recharge.
∎ Maintain & ensure reconciliation of party ledger.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 40 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The applicants should have experience in Recovery and collections.
∎ Good command in English & Bangla; both spoken and written.
∎ Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills.
∎ Ability to work under pressure.
∎ Should be self-motivated, dynamic and dependable team player.
