∎ Knowledgeable about Non-Responseive Evaluation Criteria of a Tender.
∎ In-depth knowledge of BG/ PG, VAT & amp; Tax, PO.
∎ Experience in e-GP Mandatory Qualification Criteria.
∎ Active participation in Govt. Tenders with remarkable track records.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Corporate/Retail Sales and Marketing
∎ Progressive work experience in a similar role in the Furniture Manufacturing industry
∎ Knowledgeable about Non-Responseive Evaluation Criteria of a Tender.
∎ In-depth knowledge of BG/ PG, VAT & amp; Tax, PO.
∎ Experience in e-GP Mandatory Qualification Criteria.
∎ Active participation in Govt. Tenders with remarkable track records.
∎ The applicants should have experience in Corporate/Retail Sales and Marketing
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ability to search and find NCT-related Tenders & Projects / Opportunities in Government organizations through E-GP Portal, CPTU Process.
∎ Participating in all types of tenders. e.g., OTM-Two Envelope, One Envelope, DPM, LTM, CPTU processes.
∎ Select product according to the tender specification
∎ Reviewing tender documents, and the scope of works, checking the feasibility for qualification, and financial criteria, preparing presentations, and risk matrix, and informing top management to get approval for bidding.
∎ Getting through the contract terms and conditions, liquidity damages, performance guarantee, milestone, bank guarantee requirements, payment terms and special conditions, taxes and duties
∎ Actively participate in the e-GP evaluation process
∎ Attending e-GP contract signing processes.
∎ Attending Pre-bid meetings with clients in collaboration with top management.
∎ Capable of Complete Tender Billing Methods.
∎ Contributing to cost and price evaluation e.g., BOQ/Estimate, etc.
∎ Prepare periodical tender-related reports
