Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), Master of Commerce (M.Com), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
∎ ACCA/ CA (CC) or relevant qualified professional course will be given preference
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CA (CC)
∎ Skills Required: Accounts, Finance, Microsoft Excel, MICROSOFT OFFICE, Tally Software
Experience Requirements:
∎ At most 3 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ The candidate must be self-motivated & independent can handle cash management of a Group of companies.
∎ Ability to prepare all types of vouchers through Tally software and posting the same to manual ledgers.
∎ Ability to Execute, monitor and manage all Books of Accounts through Tally ERP 9.0 Software as well as register.
∎ The ability to maintain all Books of Accounts related Sales, Receivables Etc.
∎ Ability to complete day to day Accounts related work of a Group of company through ally ERP 9.0 software.
∎ Ability of checking bill by following rules of Vat & Taxes and arrange for payment.
∎ After verifying/reviewing bill, voucher pay bill to the vendors and posting same into tally ERP 9.0 software.
∎ Able to prepare monthly Bank reconciliation statement and other necessary work set time to time by the Chief Accountant or Management.
∎ Ability of maintaining liaison with Bank and Financial institutes as well as Factory, Sales, Stores and Administration department.
∎ Maintaining all books of accounts related to sales, receivable, Payable s etc.
∎ Verifying, allocating, posting and reconciling accounts payable and receivable
∎ Maintaining general ledger and preparing month-end close procedures.
∎ Ensure transactions duly comprised and classified in the ledger to help the preparation of financial statements.
∎ Develop and control a centralized accounting system to ensure that accounts are effectively managed.
∎ Reconciling the vendors accounts
∎ Create financial documents such as bills, invoices, pay-orders, payable, receivables and purchase orders
∎ Coordinate and manage payment and billing details of external service providers, suppliers and vendors
∎ Able to petty cash management.
∎ Maintain company ledgers and daily financial transactions
∎ Ensure monthly proper TDS deduction from Suppliers.
∎ Maintain accounting documents and records.
∎ Other duties and responsibilities as entrusted by the management from time to time.
∎ Must be fluent in English speaking and understanding.
